Among the recent arrests made by the Waverly Police Department were a group of arrests for possession of chemicals to manufacture methamphetamine.
Police Chief Larry Roe reported that on Jan. 25, while conducting a uniform traffic stop for expired tags on North East Street in Waverly, Patrolman Joe Taylor arrested Frankie Wilburn, Rebecca Parker, Jacob Tolle and Robert Cable III.
